Cancellation Policy is an online Generic Medicines store. TGC is an Authentic Medicines supplier worldwide. We try our best to place all orders we must fulfill. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and may need to be canceled. Reasons include limitations on the quantities available for purchase, unavailability of stock or problems identified by our credit department, and avoiding fraud.

If your order partial or full canceled, then our customer care team will reach you through phone or email. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, that amount will revert to your Card Account.

If you want to cancel the order then take help our customer care services.Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order that has not been processed by us. Already been processed or shipped orders by company, can’t be canceled on the company side. You can get a chance in some cases, within 12 hours of placing an order.


If payment was done through a credit card then a refund will be on your credit card. If the payment method was a check/money order, we will send you a check/money order if it has not been deposited. The check/money order will only be sent to the customer’s billing address.

Refunds are generally processed in less than 10 business days. In case of payments by check or money order; it may take longer for the Check to be delivered to your billing address and for funds to be credited to your account after depositing the Check.

Please note that we will not be responsible for credit card delays on the credit card account as it is managed by the cardholder’s issuing bank.
