In order to treat premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction in male, the medication combination Sildenafil + Dapoxetine combines the effects of the two drugs. An inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) known as sildenafil helps the penis get more blood during sexual stimulation and promotes erection afterward. A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), such as dapoxetine, lengthens the time it takes to urinate and enhances control of ejaculation by raising serotonin levels in nerves.

Important to keep in mind before using this combination

• You have been given the medication Sildenafil + Dapoxetine to address your erectile dysfunction and early ejaculation.
• Take it 1-3 hours before you plan to engage in sexual activity.
• You should only take it once every day or every 24 hours.
• Before you know how this combination will impact you, do not drive or perform any other activities that call for concentration.
• Your blood pressure could decrease dramatically as a result. If you are lying or sitting, take slow attempt to get up.
• If an erection lasts more than four hours following a sexual encounter, let your doctor know.
• If you have had a stroke, heart failure, or heart attack within the last six months, you should not use Sildenafil + Dapoxetine.

Sildenafil and Dapoxetine common side effects

Agitation, Anxiety, Nasal congestion (stuffy nose), Nasal dryness, Sweating, Headache, Dizziness, Restlessness, Insomnia (Difficulty Sleeping), Abnormal Dreams, Gastrointestinal Disturbance, Decreased Libido, Tremors, Paresthesia (tingling or prickling sensation), Visual Disturbance, and Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk).
